Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Temporary Receptionist for a company based in Morrow, GA . This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.
Pay Rate
$1 6 -$1 7 /hour Based on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Role Overview As a Temporary Receptionist , you will greet guests, manage incoming calls, handle administrative duties, schedule interviews and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in job seekers, clients, and visitors
• Answer and route phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Assist applicants with the registration and onboarding process
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule interviews and appointments for recruiters
• Process and file paperwork, applications, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Respond to basic inquiries about job openings and application procedures
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Support the recruiting and administrative staff with data entry and clerical tasks

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred, especially in a staffing or fast-paced office environment

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
