Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers and directing them to available tables.
Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and beverage orders from customers, relaying them to the kitchen, and answering questions about the menu.
Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guests are satisfied with their meals and beverages.
Handling Payments: Processing payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and delivering checks.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Monitoring guests' needs, addressing complaints or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintaining a Clean Dining Area: Setting and clearing tables, assisting with cleaning duties, and maintaining a tidy environment.
Collaborating with Staff: Working effectively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management.
Answering Customer Questions: Providing information about the menu, special offers, and ingredients.
Upselling Menu Items: Making recommendations and suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.
Attending Training: Participating in food safety training and other relevant training programs.
