**We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CUSTODIAN to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.**

The Custodian is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing plant, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.

** NIGHT SHIFT ONLY**

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:00pm-4:00am

KEY-RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in production and non-production areas
• Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas
• Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums)
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY; NON-NEGOTIABLE**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
