What You Will Be Doing

• Provides friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests.
• Knows all table numbers, stations and floor plans.
• Assists wait staff as needed in serving beverages and delivering food to tables.
• Responsible for final review of orders for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery to guests.
• Clears and cleans tables following guest departures.
• Checks table condiments and fill if necessary.
• Sets table with appropriate utensils and other necessary items.
• Assists guests as necessary.
• Performs other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up.
• Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas.
• Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted.
• Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
• Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
