Otonomus Lobby Greeter

Otonomus Hotel is seeking friendly and professional Lobby Greeters to join our Guest Services team for the summer season. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in our hotel lobby while assisting with general inquiries and wayfinding. This is a temporary/seasonal position ideal for individuals who enjoy customer service and hospitality.

• Greet all guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor

• Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions

• Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, orderly front entrance

• Assist with traffic flow for check-in and check-out periods

• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and Security teams regarding guest needs or unusual activity

• Uphold the brand standards of Otonomus Hotel in all guest interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and polished appearance

• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain alert throughout shift

• Must be available for an immediate start and commit to a full 8-hour shift daily
