Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a commitment to always demonstrating high standards of cleanliness as well as a passion for providing exceptional service every day.

Responsibilities
Perform complete and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our high standards of cleanliness.
Conduct industrial cleaning tasks, including floor care and routine deep cleaning and maintaining various surfaces.
Make beds, and replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed, ensuring all items are stocked and presented neatly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner, according to our company standards
Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
Take pride in doing good work
Consistency, showing up to work every shift, on time
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive attitude towards hospitality and customer service.
Must be able to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but is not required.
