SALARY RANGE- $9hr plus tips (Depending on Experience)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Occupy assigned station at scheduled time.
- Take cocktail orders from guests in assigned station.
- Clean assigned station.
- Empty and clean ash trays.
- Adhere to all state and local liquor laws.
- Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations.
- Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
- Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
PHYSICAL - Must be able to:
- Stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Tolerate smoky, dimly lit and noisy environment.
- Tolerate large crowds.
- Must be able to see.
- Hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 (fifteen) pounds.
- Climb steps repeatedly.
MENTAL - Must be able to:
- Work accurately with basic math.
- Accurately handle and count large sums of cash and coin.
- Communicate verbally, clearly and articulately.
- Read, write and comprehend.
- Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, and other instructions.
- Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Minimum 2-year experience as a cocktail server. Must have a outgoing personality and a flexible schedule.
GAMING:
Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
