City Diner Is Hiring Servers

FULL TIME AND PART TIME AVAILABLE!!*********

Store hours:
Sunday - Thursday 7am-10pm.
Friday - Saturday 7am-11pm.

Qualified Candidates will have or will be:

Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for great food, and great hospitality served with care and consistency
Team players with a strong ethic and dedicated to the hospitality craft
Responsible and Timely, willing to take direction
At least 2 year of prior experience as a server in a well-rated restaurant
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift
Ability to carry trays up to 40lbs
Consistent cash handling skills
Able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest
Able to work in a consistently fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Essential Responsibilities SERVERS:

All actions must be taken with the guests' best interest in mind so as to continue to build new business and exceed customer expectations
All guests must be attended to within a manner consistent with our standard of providing quality product and services
Service guests according to City Diner steps of service and guidelines
Maintain accurate financial records of the shift including any discounts or comps
Explain menu items to guests using thorough food knowledge
Ring in orders in the POS system
Maintain cleanliness of work area
Complete daily and weekly side-work
