Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed descriptions, specials, and recommendations.
Provide expert knowledge of wine, cocktails, and pairings (including upselling when appropriate).
Ensure proper table settings and service sequence are followed at all times.
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders; coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for flawless execution.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout the meal.
Maintain a polished, composed demeanor under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism, escalating as needed.
Perform opening and closing duties including side work, polishing silverware, folding napkins, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining room.
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Represent the restaurant with a sense of pride and commitment to excellence.
