We're growing and currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Criminal Paralegal
Location: Remote (Diamond Bar)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18 $25 per hour, depending on experience
Work Arrangement: This is a work-from-home position. However, you must be available to come to the office once a week, if necessary. Training will be conducted in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

Support attorneys with case prep, legal research, discovery

Maintain detailed and organized case files

Assist with client communication

Qualifications:

Criminal law preferred but not necessary

Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system

Manage scheduling, calendars, and basic administrative tasks

Must speak fluent, professional Spanish and English

Must have excellent multitasking skills

Must be comfortable and proficient using a computer

Strong organizational and writing skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Receptionist
