Dishwasher / Food Prep - Full-Time

Pukalani Superette is looking for a Dishwasher / Food Prep person!
Full-time, Part-time; 2-5 days a week

Job duties include:
** Hand wash large pots, pans and utensils
** Place clean pots, pans and utensils in proper storage areas
** Sweep and mop dish washing area
** Take out trash and slop to designated areas
** Clean equipment
** Cook rice
** Preparing of various foods with passion.
** Knowledgeable of and adheres to proper food handling procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines at all times.
** Works cooperatively as a member of the kitchen team.
** Identifies and understands the proper use of kitchen tools and equipment.
** Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
** Pre-employment requirements; Passed a TB skin test within 10 years.
** Must be flexible, able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
** Standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
