or Objective(s):** The Setup and Load Technician stages the event area, assists during functions, and provides the best customer service to our guests. You will report to the Banquets Manager.

**Primary Tasks:**

+ You will prepare space before events/meetings. Ensure set up for all tables, chairs, equipment, and other accouterments according to event order.

+ Tear down space after events/meetings. Organize and clean the Entertainment and Events area.

+ Transfer supplies and equipment as available for each function.

+ Ensure appropriate equipment is available for each function.

+ You will check assigned events for details and special circumstances.

+ Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Promptly address and resolve guest concerns or inquiries.

+ Perform other tasks may be assigned.

**Job Requirements:**

+ At least one year of customer service experience in the hospitality industry

+ Can bend and carry multiple times during shift
