**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately according to standard recipes.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of our drink menu, including seasonal specials, to offer recommendations and upsell specialty cocktails.
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Take beverage orders from guests and servers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including disposing of waste, cleaning glasses, sanitizing tools, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, following proper procedures to ensure accurate billing and safeguarding company assets.
- Engage with customers by sharing bartending knowledge and creating a friendly, lively atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and seek opportunities to enhance drink offerings and presentation.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a related role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Deep knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and a strong understanding of various spirits, wines, and beer.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS) or equivalent is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity required to operate bar tools and equipment.
