Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living or working areas. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Room Preparation: Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies such as hand soap, towels, and toiletries. Ensure each room is set up correctly and meets the client's expectations.
Deep Cleaning: Conduct thorough cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and polishing furniture. Address high-touch areas and surfaces with extra attention to maintain hygiene standards.
Organizational Tasks: Organize and declutter spaces as needed, supporting the overall aesthetics and functionality of the environment. Identify items or areas that require special attention or maintenance.
Supplies Management: Monitor and report the inventory of cleaning supplies. Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained in good condition and notify management of any necessary repairs or replacements.
Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' needs and responding to any specific cleaning requests. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment. Utilize cleaning chemicals responsibly, following all guidelines and instructions.
