**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar platforms.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with the preparation of tables by sanitizing surfaces and setting up utensils.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while maintaining math skills for transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs after each use.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention throughout their dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
