As a Cocktail Server, youll be responsible for providing gracious and efficient service in both our cocktail lounge and dining areas. From handcrafted cocktails to curated wine selections, you'll deliver each drink with attention, elegance, and a sense of hospitality that reflects the Wolfgang Puck brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and polished service to lounge and bar guests

• Take and deliver drink orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality

• Possess deep knowledge of the bar menu, wine list, spirits, and featured cocktails

• Offer thoughtful suggestions, upsells, and pairing recommendations based on guest preferences

• Maintain clean and well-prepared service stations, including tables and cocktail trays

• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and support staff to ensure seamless service

• Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and grace, even in high-volume situations

• Follow all responsible alcohol service protocols and health and safety standards

• Process payments accurately and handle POS transactions

• 1-2 years of cocktail serving experience in a high-end or fine dining environment

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and lounge etiquette

• Excellent communication, memory, and multitasking skills

• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury setting

• Ability to remain poised under pressure and maintain high service standards

• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, balance cocktail trays with ease, and lift up to 30 lbs. Cocktail Servers must move fluidly through a fast-paced environment while maintaining grace, awareness, and composure.
