Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Service Associate II to our Starbucks Cafe at Baptist North Medical Campus in Jacksonville, FL.This is a PRN opportunity, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm with weekends off.

This position will provide excellent customer service to patients, staff, and visitors at the Starbucks Cafe located in Baptist North Medical Campus. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a barista and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

As the Food Service Associate II, you will be responsible for:

• Performing technical duties, including the cash register
• Food handling
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
• Providing excellent customer service
• Following safe food and work standards
• Possessing the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Obtaining and fulfilling orders placed by patients, staff and visitors
• Possessing the ability to cross train
