Were looking for polished, professional, and personable Hosts/Hostesses to join our front-of-house team and be the welcoming face of this exciting new concept.

What Youll Do:

As a Host/Hostess, you will set the tone for the entire dining experience. Youll greet guests with genuine warmth, manage reservations and seating with poise, and ensure each guest feels seen, welcomed, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and a personal touch

• Manage reservations and seating assignments using OpenTable or similar software

• Communicate wait times clearly and manage guest flow during peak service hours

• Coordinate closely with servers and managers to ensure seamless service transitions

• Maintain a polished, organized, and guest-ready front entrance and host stand

• Answer phones, assist with guest inquiries, and handle reservation confirmations

• Uphold the hospitality standards and service protocols of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group

• Provide graceful and thoughtful service in a high-volume, luxury environment

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of experience as a host/hostess, preferably in an upscale or fine dining restaurant

• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a natural sense of hospitality

• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.

• A poised and polished appearance appropriate for a luxury dining setting

• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining grace and attention to detail

• Flexibility in schedule

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk throughout the dining room and entrance, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Hosts/Hostesses must maintain a welcoming energy and polished presentation throughout each shift.
