The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a hands-on leadership style, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to IHG brand standards Assign tasks and inspect completed work to ensure quality and timeliness Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members, including new hires Monitor inventory and coordinate with management for ordering cleaning supplies and linen Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies Handle guest requests and complaints in a prompt, professional manner Maintain open communication with the front desk, maintenance, and management Assist with room cleaning or other tasks as needed, especially during high-occupancy periods Requirements: Prior housekeeping supervisory or lead experience in a hotel or similar environment required Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, scheduling, etc.) Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move cleaning equipment and supplies What We Offer: Competitive pay Team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities within the IHG brand family Uniforms provided Paid time off and other benefits available for full-time employees Principals only.
