This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about mixology, food, and creating memorable guest experiences. Must be available Saturdays! Key Responsibilities: Craft exceptional cocktails using fresh ingredients and in-house recipes Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with guests in a warm, attentive, and engaging manner Take food and beverage orders and deliver to tables Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences Ensure guest ID meets legal age requirements Set, clear, and clean tables Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge Restock and manage bar inventory and supplies Follow all health and safety regulations and service standards Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender and server in a high-paced environment Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, and bar tools Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize guest experience Must be organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Current food and alcohol service certifications (e.g., CA Food Handler Card, RBS training) or willingness to obtain What We Offer: A beautiful, historic workplace with a dynamic, supportive team Opportunities to participate in unique events, live music, and community-driven programming Room for growth in a multifaceted hospitality and event business We are proud to be a hub for both locals and travelers and are looking for someone who values quality service, creative cocktails, and community spirit.
