Facilities Custodian

Bulu is growing and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Facilities Custodian to help keep our workspace clean, safe, and ready for action. From office carpets to warehouse floors, lunchrooms to loading docks, you'll take pride in making sure every part of our facility stays spotless.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, takes initiative, and understands that a clean workplace is a productive one. Youll also help with small upkeep tasks, like changing lightbulbs and restocking supplies no heavy maintenance required.

**What Youll Do**

- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, break areas, and warehouse spaces

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors (including operating aride-on floor scrubber)

- Wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and manage recycling throughout the facility

- Refill soap, paper towel, and cleaning supply dispensers

- Keep an eye out for maintenance needs and notify the right team

- Perform occasional light tasks like changing lightbulbs or replacing air fresheners

- Baler operations and recycling management

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized supply area

- Special projects as needed

**What Were Looking For**

- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred

- Able to operate cleaning tools and equipment (ride-on scrubber, vacuum, etc.)

- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your area

- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay on task without constant supervision

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet most of the day

- Takes pride in doing a thorough job, every time

The starting wage for the Facilities Custodian positionis $18.00 per hour.

The working shift for the Facilities Custodian position is 8:00am to 4:30pm.
