* Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.

* Read, write and speak English fluently
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
* Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
