POSITION:

Elementary School Principal; District Superintendent.

TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

1.

Courses in specialized maintenance and/or construction fields preferred.

2.

Prior position with custodial, maintenance and supervisory experience, preferred.

Position is a twelve-month, 40 hours per week with frequent overtime required.

Including 55 hours per week during the school year.

Required to regularly lift and move equipment weighing 80 pounds or more.

Must be able to handle and move equipment, in and out of storage areas, across
