The Bradbury - Barista/Server

Barista ($12/hour plus tips)

The Minimum Expectation:

- Able to greet and serve customers, make sales, and interact with enthusiasm and professionalism

- Familiarity with operating a POS system

- Background knowledge in coffee and an enthusiasm towards all things Beverage and Beans!

- Proficiency in operating a commercial espresso machine and familiarity with the production of espresso-based drinks

- Have your own transportation

- Are reliable and show up on time

- Able to work Monday-Friday 730am-3pm with occasional weekend availability

- Follow required policies, procedures, and guidelines

- Shift back and forth between tasks

- Lift up to 25lbs

- Ability to restock, manage inventory, and clean throughout the day

- Be on your feet for long periods of time

- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers

- Have a commitment to hospitality and focus towards being a positive, motivational team member.
