We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform night audit duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and phone systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software applications.
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and cash handling.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
