Catering and Banquet Server Job Description

Wage : $14+/hour (not a tipped position)

Shift : Part time, AM availability after Fall required.

Responsibilities :

• Help serve food at catered events including weddings.
• Serve food and buss tables during and after events.
• Fill drinks as needed.
• Setup and take down of venue spaces.
• Ensure guests' needs are met.
• Assist team members and vendors by fostering a healthy working environment.
• Exemplify Thanksgiving Points Mission, Values, and Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

Requirements :

• Strong verbal communication skills (English required).
• Great customer service and professional at all times.
• A collaborative team player who receives directions and input well.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Food Handlers permit required (can be obtained after hiring).
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Pass a background check.
