Perform the duties of front desk, including greeting guests, answering questions, providing directions, performing check-ins and check-outs and coordinating with other units to fulfill guest requests. Creates and maintains reservations and daily business reports. Assist with training and orientation of support staff. Interacts with hotel and potential customers and hotel staff.
Minimum RequirementsKnowledge normally acquired through completion of a high school education; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in hotel reservations; to include experience with computerized hotel accounting and reservation systems, negotiation of room and block rates, preparation of standard hotel reports, direct customer service; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired QualificationsHotel front desk experience or equivalent customer service preferred. Data management experience desired.
