BLS, a leader in the ground transportation industry across the USA is seeking to hire Reservation Agents to be based at our Operations Center in FAYETTEVILLE, GA 30214 . Our history dates to 1975 and its truly amazing but its our future that excites us most!
Available Shifts:
+ Evening
+ Graveyard
Responsibilities include:
+ Processing reservations that are booked via phone call, email, online, and other systems.
+ Assisting clients in the planning and coordination of their ground transportation needs.
+ Working with Coworkers, Managers and Drivers to resolve issues as they arise.
The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
+ Ability to be patient while working with clients.
+ Ability to multi-task (example: entering data while talking on the phone).
+ Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
+ Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
+ Strong data entry skills with an eye for details.
+ Call center (inbound or outbound) and / or retail customer service experience.
