Servers & Bartenders
Location: Eastern Suffolk County
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and professional Servers and Bartenders to support a variety of events throughout Suffolk County. Ideal candidates will be dependable, polished, and adaptable individuals with at least 2 years of hospitality experience . Events range from conferences and receptions to banquets, buffets, and outdoor functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and in appropriate uniform for all assignments
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Set up and break down event spaces and bar areas
- Serve food and beverages at a variety of functions
- Deliver excellent guest service in high-paced environments
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and guests to ensure a smooth event experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent) is a plus
