    Responsibilities:

    Resident Assistance:

    • Greet residents and visitors warmly and assist with their needs.
    • Provide information about community events, services, and amenities.

    Customer Service:

    • Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests from residents and their families professionally and courteously.
    • Address and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

    Event Coordination:

    • Coordinate and assist with community events, outings, and celebrations.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing referrals, and updating resident directories.
    • Ensuring that the resident admissions process is managed smoothly.
    • Provide support and lead the internal team through a successful admission.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.

    Emergency Response:

    • Follow established protocols for emergency situations and provide assistance to residents as needed.
    • Maintain knowledge of evacuation procedures.

    Communication and Documentation:

    • Keep accurate records of resident requests, incidents, and activities.
    • Communicate relevant information to other staff members and management.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications may be preferred).
    • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Empathy and patience when working with seniors.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic computer skills for managing records and reservations.
    • Knowledge of emergency response procedures (CPR and First Aid certification may be required).
