Overnight Janitor

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Janitor to maintain cleanliness and order in our grocery store during non-operational hours. The ideal candidate will ensure the store is clean, safe, and ready for customers each morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, and office tools.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins.
• Maintain cleaning inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Clean and maintain restrooms.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overnight shifts.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects.
