Toyota Collision Center Receptionist

First Team Toyota Collision Center is looking for an energetic and task-oriented person for the Receptionist position!

Our Collison Center is an extremely busy operation. We are looking for a candidate who is capable of delivering incredible Customer Service with a SMILE on the phones, as well as welcoming our Customers to our Service and Collision Center areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Answers all incoming phone Collision Center calls.
* Directs Caller to appropriate Department or Team Member or takes a thorough message.
* Provides excellent Customer Service!
* Receipts in money.
* Closes out Repair Orders.
*Other tasks as directed.

Required Experience:

* Knowledge of CDK/ADP a plus.
* 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a dealership preferred, but not required.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Professional appearance and work ethic.
* Extraordinary Customer Service skills.
* Strong mathematical ability.

Required Education:

* High school diploma or the equivalent
