We have a position for a full time front office manager to work at our physical therapy clinic within walking distance of downtown San Luis Obispo, weekdays 8:30am to 5:30pm, with lunch from 12:30 to 1:30pm. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people.
Position duties include: Answering phone calls messages and emails, greeting and scheduling patients, confirming insurance coverage, creating and filing charts, scanning documents issuing invoices and receipts, processing billing and payments, receiving and sending out mail, doing weekly bank deposits, cleaning and organizing equipment and patient and office areas, doing laundry of towels and pillow cases and maintaining cleaning supplies, taking out garbage, keeping bathrooms clean and assisting physical therapists as needed with patients.
