Job DetailsThe Lilia Caffe is an authentic Italian, neighborhood Caffe. House-made pastries and savory selections coupled with warm hospitality are at the heart of the operation. Caffe team members have a sincere interest in coffee-making, hospitality and small-business operations. Barista experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and take their beverage and food orders.
- Makes consistent coffee and espresso beverages according to industry standards.
- Enter guest orders into SALIDO, our POS, and indicate relevant notes upon order.
- Process payment and fulfill orders (the shift barista will fulfill coffee orders).
- Communicate guest notes to Management and Chefs.
- Accept and process online orders in a timely manner.
- Set-up outdoor Caffe seating and dining room furniture for dinner service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Caffe and outdoor seating area throughout service.
- Daily product inventory and Department of Health mock walk-throughs.
- Assist with training new team members.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00) plus tips
