Were seeking a Head Bartender with deep experience in Japanese craft cocktails to lead our new elevated bar program. If you have a passion for precision, hospitality, and visually stunning cocktails, this is your opportunity to be part of something special. What Were Looking For:

• Experience in Japanese cocktail techniques (hard shake, ice carving, omotenashi-style service)
• Strong knowledge of Japanese spirits, shochu, whisky, and sake
• Ability to curate a unique, high-end cocktail menu with a focus on Japanese ingredients
• Leadership skills to train and inspire a team
• Attention to detail and presentation every cocktail should be a work of art
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellent guest experience
