JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position:Cleaning/Custodian Facility Maintenance

Shift:1st Shift M-F.hours are negotiable Wage: \$16.00 - \$18.00 / hour

Summary: We are seeking a Cleaning/Custodian Facility Maintenance

position to join our team! You will perform a variety of cleaning,

general maintenance and organizing duties. General Responsibilities:

Ensure a clean and orderly environment Clean office and business rooms,

hallways, restrooms, lunchroom, locker rooms, offices, stairways and

windows Use washer and dryer in maintaining shop cleaning cloths Use

brooms, mops and floor equipment to sweep, mop and clean floors Use

vacuum cleaners to clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture Dust

furniture and equipment Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors and

sills Monitoring and restocking supplies in bathrooms and break areas.

Empties wastebaskets and recycling containers to proper outside

receptacles Complete a detailed log of completed cleaning tasks and

maintenance Maintain sufficient supplies on hand to carry out duties and

responsibilities Move reasonably small furniture as necessary Ensure

proper care of cleaning equipment and basic maintenance tasks Notify

Maintenance lead on repairs or malfunctioning equipment Miscellaneous

projects as designated by Office Manager/Owner Qualifications: High

School Diploma or equivalent Excellent work history Previous cleaning

experience a plus but will train the right candidate Familiarity with

cleaning materials and equipment Strong attention to detail Strong work

ethic Ability to work independently Ability to lift/move or carry

objects that may weigh 10 to 25 lbs. While performing duties of this

job, regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms,

stoop, bend, kneel or crouch. Ability to apply common sense

understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral or written
