As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient.
- Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
