EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Take beverage orders from guests promptly and accurately.

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local alcohol laws and company policies.

Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner to enhance the guest experience.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and beverage stations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Replenish beverage stock, garnishes, napkins, and other supplies as needed to maintain service levels.

Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Monitor casino floor to identify guests in need of service and respond promptly to guest requests.

Assist in clearing and cleaning tables and service areas as necessary.

Adhere to all company policies, gaming regulations, and sanitation guidelines.

Communicate any issues, spills, or guest incidents to management promptly.

Assist with training new team members as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
