Customer Service Associate

If you have a passion for non-profit work and thrift stores, then consider this Customer Service Associate role! You'll help process donations, stock merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service in this full-time role.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate

* Provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers

* Assist customers with purchases, pricing inquiries, vouchers, and store policies

* Help process donations

* Sort, price, and display merchandise

* Restock shelves and rotate inventory as needed

* Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and in

adherence to policy

* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

* Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Respect for and ability to maintain client confidentiality * Basic math skills for handling transactions and pricing items * Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods The Customer Service Associate works five days per week from 9:00am-5:00pm.
