Job Duties: Cleans restrooms, canteens, break rooms, offices, common areas, and smokers as directed by account manager and customer specifications. Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines. Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks Requirements: Must have the ability to work with other crew members Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions Must have reliable transportation Steel toed shoes required when applicable Ability to work in hot conditions A strong work ethic The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
