Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Janitor:

Clean restroom, offices, and common areas

Vacuum carpets and rugs

Restock and sanitize restrooms

Clean windows and mirrors

Empty trash and remove debris

General Jobsite clean up

Cleaning and taking down tables, power washing and helping tenants

Cleaning:Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and restrooms

Restocking:Ensuring restrooms and other areas are adequately stocked with supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels

Trash Removal:Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste

Spill and Incident Response

Addressing spills, messes, and other cleaning emergencies promptly and effectively

General Upkeep:Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of common areas, lobbies, and other designated spaces

Available shifts:

Shift timings -1st Shift (Day),Weekends

Job requirements:

Previous experience required

Work frequently with cleaning chemicals

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items

Background Check Required

Janitorial experience

Must be able to pass a background

Power Washing experience

Must be able to work weekends
