Custodian

Beltrami County is creating an eligibility list for a Custodian. The current opening is for one full-time, benefited position working Monday - Friday 1 pm to 9:30 pm. Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning to maintain a clean, comfortable and safe working environment for occupants. Tasks required include, but are not limited to: window cleaning, floor care, dusting, bathroom sanitation and other detailed custodial tasks. Performs routine custodial and housekeeping duties, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Custodian Lead and Facility & Safety Director. Preferred hiring salary range is $21.26 to $23.23 per hour with a full range of $21.26 to $26.92 per hour.
