Cashier/Order Taker Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Guest Service : Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, answer questions about the menu, and provide assistance with orders. Ability to serve our guests needs with a high sense of urgency. Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Cash Handling : Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Order Management : Take dine-in and takeout orders via point-of-sale (POS) systems and confirm order accuracy before submitting to the kitchen.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about menu items, and promotions to answer guest inquiries and make suggestions.
Cook Responsibilities / But not limited to
- Order Management: Prepare quality food based on the guest's exact order while following all food safety standards.
- Guest Service : Ability to serve our guests needs with a high sense of urgency and accuracy while following our Speed with Service standards.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a well-stocked clean, hazard free kitchen at all times
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about menu items, and promotions to answer guest inquiries and make suggestions.

- Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on restaurants needs
- Ability to give and receive detailed information through oral communication (frequently required to talk and hear).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, dining area, and kitchen adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Must have a food handlers permit
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height
- Able to work in a confined restaurant kitchen around fryers, grills, drink stations, shake machines, dish washers
- Must be able to work in a high pressure, busy restaurant
- Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 50 pound
