Adecco is hiring immediately for a **Receptionist/Administrative Support Specialist** with our client, a respected law firm in **Southfield, MI** . Weekly pay starting at **$22.00 per hour** , with a consistent Monday-Friday, **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** schedule (40-hour workweek, with a one-hour lunch). This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to join a professional, service-driven office environment! As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the firm, managing incoming calls, messages, and providing general administrative support for office operations. This role also assists in scheduling meetings, coordinating conference room setups, and supporting hospitality needs for depositions, luncheons, and client events. **Responsibilities:** + Answer and forward incoming calls and messages professionally. + Perform computer input for attorney time entries and administrative requests. + Schedule conference room meetings, depositions, and luncheons. + Order, schedule, and coordinate food deliveries for meetings and events. + Set up and reset conference rooms for scheduled events. + Follow daily morning and afternoon procedures lists, including maintaining clean, organized kitchen and office areas. + Restock kitchen coffee machines, supplies, and load/unload the dishwasher as needed. + Assist with restocking office and supply areas. + Provide internal support to the Office Services team as needed, after receiving onsite training. **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous receptionist, office support, or administrative experience preferred. + Strong communication and multitasking skills. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. + Ability to manage priorities in a professional, fast-paced office setting. + Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
