Temporary receptionist position for South Reno company

Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for a temporary receptionist for business services company in South Reno.
$20 per hour, 1 month assignment.
8am-5pm, M-F
This individual will be the first point of contact for guests and callers and will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately

Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges, if applicable

Notify staff of guest arrivals

Keep the reception area clean and organized

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

Provide general administrative support as needed (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry)

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Office-based position

May require standing for brief periods when greeting guests

Business casual attire

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and phone systems a plus

Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented

High School

4-7 years
