Summary:

Responsible for both the direct supervision of all FOH QSR, casual, fine dining team members, assistant managers, supervisors and indirectly BOH team members. Responsibilities will include but not limited to maintaining ordering, schedules for multiple outlets managing labor hours, training, developing policies and procedures with the assistance of the Food or Beverage Director, discipline, maintaining quality and control, and frequent evaluation of team members job performance. Contributes to a high energy environment increasing team member morale. Assists in other Departments as needed such as Beverage and Banquets. Maintains high standards and expectations of the Companys Guest Service culture.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, develop, measure performance, discipline, and schedule department staff
  • Lead the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of division leadership
  • Establish standards of service within assigned department(s) and ensure achievement
  • Monitor and control labor within the department while maintaining adequate coverage in the department based on business needs
  • Assist the Food Director to establish par levels for all inventory, supplies and equipment.
  • Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for anticipated business and monitor receipt of all orders utilizing PAR sheets and Company ordering system
  • Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and secure
  • Monitor and assist Host(ess) in greeting and escorting guests to their table ensuring optimal guest service
  • Access all functions of the P.O.S. system in accordance to specifications. Cashier in outlets as needed to assist with short staffed needs and prioritize guest service expectations.
  • Accurately void, refund and comp checks according to Department policies and procedures and accounting requirements.
  • Properly implement, assist, and expedite manual procedures for system down POS issues and ensure accuracy from all staff and cash drawers
  • For all food outlets, run system-closing reports and ensure that all servers' checks are closed before they sign out
  • Required to maintain responsibility of all food outlet SNHD standards and regulations to include daily Department health inspections, charts and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, is they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
  • ServSafe preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
