Job Summary

INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. The Administrative Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and staff. As a member of the Customer Service team, this role involves managing front desk operations, answering phones, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. In addition, you will provide front-line customer support by addressing routine inquiries and offering accurate information.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and employees in a friendly, professional manner
  • Handle incoming phone calls, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns and providing solutions where necessary
  • Perform data entry tasks, entering information accurately while reviewing and cleansing data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure security procedures are followed, including
  • Manage and sort shared email inbox including responding to routine inquiries from customers with appropriate information or redirect as needed
  • Maintain the front office area, including handling mail, managing and ordering office supplies, and ensuring cleanliness
  • Checking in visitors electronically and issuing guest badges
  • Restock office refrigerators and ensure the kitchen area is stocked with essential items
  • Coordinate and arrange lunch accommodations upon request

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) customer service and/or front-desk reception role
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of INFOR or other ERP software is highly desired
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking and keen attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, both in speaking and writing
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit
  • Maintains a professional image and conduct
  • Builds positive relationships through strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude
  • Organized and efficient in managing time and juggling multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
