Job Description One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Medical Receptionist who will register patients, schedule appointments, and answer phone lines . Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you! Responsibilities:

• Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information
• Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation
• Update patients information in EMR system and all related records
• Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients arrival
• Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 6 months or more of Medical Receptionist experience is required.
• Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.
