Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $19 to $22 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
Location
Los Angeles, CA- Onsite
Schedule
Monday to Thursday (4 days a week) with the possibility of working on Fridays based on business needs.
Reporting Structure
The Receptionist reports directly to the Sr. Director, Human Resources.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
The Receptionist will meet and greet all guests upon arrival, assist with office-wide initiatives, and support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and other projects as a part of the Human Resources team.
- Greet visitors and candidates upon arrival to the office in a professional and friendly manner
- Determine the nature of the business and announce visitors of appropriate contact
- Manage the front desk responsibilities, including partnering with the internal team to maintain tidiness of the front lobby and ensuring the kitchen is stocked
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate party
- Maintain visitor logs, company files, and other relevant records
- Assist with the management of the conference room calendar as needed
- Assist in planning and coordinating events for the Los Angeles corporate office
- Assist with scheduling interviews, managing job posts, sourcing candidates, and other tasks as part of the Vince Talent Acquisition process
- Manage the logistics for in-person or virtual interviews
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering inquiries about the hiring process, job details, and next steps
- Sending rejection letters or offer letters in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate employee files and records (physical and digital), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with preparing HR-related reports and audits, such as attendance, performance, and training records
- Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents, such as policies, handbooks, and procedures
- Assist in reviewing and revising HR forms and templates
- Assist in Human Resources administrative needs and projects as they arise
- Assist Executives with their travel, expense reports and administrative support as needed
- Assist the Facilities Coordinator with outgoing FedEx, UPS, Courier Services, Certified Mail, and other special shipments as well as sign for all incoming packages
- Support with mailroom duties as needed in lieu of our Facilities Coordinator
- Partner with facilities to maintain the supplies inventory

Qualifications/Experience We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, intern or office manager in a fast paced environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software
- Must be reliable and on time
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Interest in the fashion industry preferred
