THE JOB:

As a kitchen Steward, you will keep the dishes, glassware, flatware, and dish area clean. You'll also help create a great guest experience with your friendly attitude and service. By listening to their needs, you'll ensure they have a memorable experience that lasts beyond their stay.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sort and organize dishes, glassware, and flatware as they come to the dish area, including washing and storing pots in the right place

• Load and manage dishwasher

• Unload and inspect clean dishes after washing, stacking them in the correct spots

• Polish silver, copper, and brass

• Transport equipment like hot and cold boxes, speed racks, and carts to different areas

• Sweep, mop floors, and clean mats

• Clean baseboards, floor drains, sinks, tables, and cutting boards

• Separate trash and dispose of it in the proper containers, and clean garbage cans

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Is available to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• Has prior kitchen experience

This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change depending on business need.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
